Company Description

Waste-Mart seeks to employ a welder with at least 3 – 5 experience to do maintenance and repairs on waste equipment and vehicles.

Age 25-40

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisor. Must be able to communicate with all other employees in a socially acceptable manner.}

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic math, tape measure reading, Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply experience and training to similar assignments with limited supervision.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Welding certificate plus 3 to 5 years proven experience with contactable references.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach outward & above shoulder, twist / turn, push / pull, climb, crouch, stoop, and crawl. The frequency of these activities is mixed and varied dependent on the stage of construction. The employee is required to utilize their fingers to handle and feel throughout the entire process.
